Return-to-Work Guidelines/Modeling

ODG evidence-based return-to-work guidelines and predictive modeling are designed to impact as well as forecast time away from work for prospective case/claims management and retrospective benchmarking. The guidelines cover every reportable condition and are based on an aggregate of over 10 million lost-time cases, referred to as the “most direct form of evidence that can be offered in court” under the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Return to Work Goals

Meant to enhance, rather than replace the judgment of a good case manager or claims manager, ODG provides an evidence-based starting point for time out of work, serving as an invaluable tool for obtaining the information necessary for effective management of return-to-work following illness/injury.
